It's easily 1 of my favorite tropical destinations! With every visit I discover a new fabulous restaurant, bar or beach club that I fall absolutely in love with. On a recent vacay to Tulum with my girl Renee, we made stops in Puerto Morelos and Cancun, where we came across a few new gems that I had to share!
Come along as we dig into some fresh lobster in Tulum, relax at a beach club in Puerto Morelos and enjoy seafood with amazing beach views in Cancun!
Let's get into it! The 1st stop is a FABULOUS restaurant in Tulum located right on the main beach road!
Chambao Tulum is yet another INCREDIBLE restaurant apart of the Grupo RosaNegra family (be sure to check out Taboo, RosaNegra & Tantra while you're in Tulum)! Chambao is one of the newest spots to hit Tulum! While strolling the main beach road one evening, my friend and I came across this restaurant. We originally had reservations at RosaNegra, but since it was raining this particular evening, we decided to dine at Chambao....which was literally the BEST decision E V E R!
The stunning decor of this restaurant will grab your attention immediately! After we were seated, we took no time ordering cocktails & appetizers! I couldn't get enough of the complimentary bread! 1 piece was filled with onions that were grilled to perfection! My mouth is STILL watering!
As I was looking over the menu, my friend asked if I wanted to split the lobster with her! She didn't have to ask me twice! We also ordered sides of the Roasted Sweet Corn & Loaded Baked Potato - DELICIOUS!
Y'all.....when the lobster arrived, I damn near fell out of my chair! I kid you not! We were not at all prepared for what our server presented to us for dinner! It was sizzling hot and smelling glorious! Look at this!!

Could I eat this every single day for the rest of my life? Absolutely. This gigantic lobster was seasoned to PERFECTION and great for sharing! I promise you - there was nothing left of this lobster at the end of our dinner!

As we ordered dessert and a couple more cocktails.....things got real when the bill came. Our total came to about $400 with the tip included. This is not a spot to visit if you're on a strict budget. But if you want to splurge a little - this is it! I must reiterate, Chambao is absolutely FABULOUS with amazing customer service to match! I'm looking forward to visiting again soon!

Villa Pescadores Tulum w| Common Ground Bar Tulum is a party we came across while visiting the ruins in Tulum! This beach club is located at Villa Pescadores hotel. While walking along Playa Pescadores beach, I heard the DJ playing Dua Lipa and like a moth to a flame, I ended up at the bar ordering Mojitos!

Common Ground is a pop up bar that so happened to be in Tulum throwing the party at Villa Pescadores when we visited. The music was loud & fun, the drinks were tasty, and the scenery was BREATHTAKING! We had an AH-MAZING time at this beach club!
Villa Pescadores beach club offers day beds for rent and a great food menu! You can also get into other water activities if you choose to: snorkeling, boating tours + more!
This was definitely 1 of the highlights of the trip for me! Why?! Because I LIVE for a good beach party! There is nothing like having a drink in your hand, toes in the sand and dancing the day/night away under the palm trees! Yaaaaaaasssss!
Guess what?! We're headed to another beach club right now!

Up next....Cancun! Let's gooooo!
Cancun is usually the starting point when you're visiting the state of Quintana Roo! This city is packed with a plethora of restaurants & bars to fit all kinds of taste buds & personalities! On this particular holiday, my girly & I were looking for a great meal with a beautiful view of the ocean to end our crazy fun trip to Mexico. We came across Almadia Cancún Bar & Marisquería, a seafood restaurant on the beach!
Fresh seafood and exquisite sea-front dining. Is there anything else we need in life? LOL!
The customer service here was great for us. The food was delicious, moderately priced and we couldn't get enough of the different flavored Mojitos! If you're looking for a cute spot to people watch and enjoy a couple of cocktails on the beach - Almadia is it!
